lucbd Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

In these Terms, "lucbd", "we", "our" refers to the organization operating the lucbd platform. "User", "you" refers to any person who accesses or uses the lucbd website, mobile service, or any associated platform. "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, bonus, and related features offered by lucbd.

• These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
• In the event of any dispute, the final decision of lucbd shall prevail.
• These Terms supersede all previous oral or written agreements.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

2. Account Registration

To open an account with lucbd, the following conditions must be met:

• Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential.
• If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, lucbd support must be notified immediately.
• Opening or operating an account in the name of a third party is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be opened in the name of a business, organization, or company — only personal accounts are permitted.

3. Age Requirement

lucbd is for individuals aged 21 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet the 21+ age requirement. Gaming on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account, once identified, will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. lucbd may request a National ID card or other government-issued document for age verification at any time.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

lucbd follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to prevent fraud and maintain a safe gaming environment.

• Before making a withdrawal, or upon lucbd's request, the user must provide identity verification documents.
• Acceptable documents include a National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• If fraud or false information is found in the submitted documents, the account will be closed immediately.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

lucbd offers easy and fast transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods.

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed through the same method used for the deposit.
• The mobile number used for deposits and withdrawals must match the number registered on the account.
• Depositing from or withdrawing to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• lucbd does not deduct any transaction fees or commission — however, the mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• If unusual or suspicious transactions are observed, lucbd reserves the right to suspend or cancel the transaction.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

lucbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These apply subject to specific terms and conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x (deposit + bonus).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement.
• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• If multiple bonus accounts are used or the bonus system is abused, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• lucbd reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Not all types of bets may contribute equally toward meeting bonus conditions — please refer to the details of the relevant offer.
• Under the VIP programme, weekly cashback is available across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

7. Betting and Gaming Policy

The following policies apply to all gaming and betting activities on lucbd:

• Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets affected by technical errors or system failures will be reviewed at lucbd's discretion.
• If an error is detected in a game result, lucbd reserves the right to void or correct the related bet.
• In sports betting such as cricket or football, if a match is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the balance will be returned.
• If unusual betting patterns are observed, lucbd may investigate and take appropriate action.
• lucbd reserves the right to set or change betting limits for any player.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lucbd platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or illegal activities.
• Using bots, automation software, or any other technology to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting weaknesses in the bonus system or helping others to do so.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Opening or operating an account by providing false or misleading information.
• Operating betting services on behalf of third parties.

If such activities are identified, the account will be closed immediately, all balances may be forfeited, and the relevant legal authorities may be notified.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

lucbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any provision of these Terms.
• In the event of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• When self-exclusion is activated at the user's own request.

Users may also close their account at any time — in which case the verified balance (if any, and subject to conditions being met) will be returned.

10. Responsible Gaming

lucbd places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is entertainment only — not a financial solution.

• Users may request deposit limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion for themselves.
